CLUB SERVICE
CLUB FELLOWSHIP
Club members really enjoy time together and getting to know one another. Each week, the club has a meeting to review club business and hear information presented by someone from the community. There isn't as much time as members would like in those meetings for socializing.
Club social events are planned to provide members the opportunities for that socializing. It is time to get to know one another and enjoy each others' company outside the routine of club business. Events may include happy hours, dinners, parties, barbecues, and more.
CELEBRATING MEMBERS
DAN IRVIN
Club Programs Director
"Our members are the heart of our club and the reason why we all like being Daybreak Rotarians. My goals this year are to find opportunities to celebrate our members and further enrich the friendships we've developed through Daybreak Rotary."
Our members are an impressive bunch! Apart from birthdays and anniversaries, we like to celebrate our members' professional achievements, which are many.
RECRUITING AND RETENTION
Daybreak is the newest Rotary Club in Bloomington-Normal, so it is one of the smaller clubs in town. We see value in growing our club so that we may accomplish more. Of course, vital to our club is retaining our existing members.
